CNS TCRβ repertoires of CD4⁺GFP-Foxp3⁻ and CD4⁺GFP-Foxp3⁺ T cells were compared between individual mice with early and late disease to determine changes in the overlap between repertoires with disease progression. Percent CNS CD4⁺GFP-Foxp3⁻ (A) and Foxp3⁺ (B) CNS TCRβ repertoire overlap between individual mice with early disease, mice with early versus late disease, and mice with late disease is plotted. Comparable analyses were performed on splenic CD4⁺GFP-Foxp3⁻ (C) and CD4⁺GFP-Foxp3⁺ (D) TCRβ repertoires.
