Detection of HDAg in mouse salivary gland tissue in mice cannulated with AAV-HDAg. Retrograde cannulation was used to delivery recombinant adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (rAAV-2) containing HDV genes to salivary gland tissue in female C57BL/6 mice. Salivary gland tissue was evaluated 4 months post cannulation for expression of HDAg (green), and dapi (blue) for nuclear localization. Scale bar 20μm
