Disease resistance to another bacterial pathogenic species, Burkholderia glumae. Pre-germinated seeds of BSR1-OX and wild-type (WT) were inoculated with B. glumae. Concentration of inoculation was OD₅₂₀ = 0.004. Survival ratio was calculated 8 days after inoculation (n = 17). Tests were performed three times with similar results.
