Experimental features |
Inner membrane proteins of the wild-type and the Δmin mutants of Escherichia coli were subjected to iTRAQ labeling and mass spectrometry analysis. The data were processed and statistically filtered to obtain an inner membrane proteome and to identify proteins of interest for functional analysis. |
