Inhibition of recombinant p7 channels by amantadine and rimantadine. Genotype-specific constructs were expressed in HEK293 cells 2–4 days before experiments. Data points from at least four cells were used to construct the inhibition curves. (B) Whole-cell current traces show inhibition by rimantadine and amantadine for all four genotypes.
