1D ¹H NMR spectra of Rsn-2 before addition of C₆₀ and at 3 and 10 days after incubation with fullerene. Spectra were recorded on ¹⁵N labelled Rsn-2 using a double pulsed field gradient spin echo pulse sequence incorporating ¹⁵N decoupling during acquisition and processed with a 90° shifted sinebell squared window function. The signal intensities are reduced by approximately 15 and 45% after 3 and 10 days respectively. (Note: the peak at about 4.7 ppm comes from residual water.)
