Time-dependent increases in conductance were observed at different measurement voltages. Voltage V23 was held constant at the values indicated in the legend (in Volts), while flowing current between electrodes 1 and 7. The electrode configuration is shown in Fig. 1. The conductance is enhanced by a factor of 190 at the highest voltage (field) shown. The measurements were taken at 370 °C, with the sample equilibrated at pO2=150 torr.
