Associations between 6 syndromes (square nodes) of the RASopathy syndrome family and 12 causative genes (circular nodes). The complex relationship between syndromes and genes is shown. Some syndromes are associated with a mutation of a single gene (Legius, NF1, and Costello), while other syndromes (Noonan, CFC, and Noonan with multiple lentigines) involve multiple genes that can be mutated in a single patient.
