Change in S100A4 expression at the protein and mRNA levels after Ad-S100A4-RNAi transfer into the mouse retina. (a, b) Western blotting confirmed that protein levels of S100A4 were significantly lower in the OIR-S100A4-RNAi group mouse retinas compared with the OIR, OIR-GFP, and control group mouse retinas. The bands were quantified by densitometry and normalised to β-actin. Data were analysed as the mean±SD.
