Fig. 6 — Comparison of sequencing data quality between libraries prepared with different DNA library preparation kits. Deletions were not detected while insertions (red bars) were extremely low for all kits. The most common source of error is mismatches (blue bars) which vary between 0.08 % and 0.2 % depending on the kit used
