Comparison of pAUC values for ADCC and virus neutralization^a

^aPercent RLU values at the four highest antibody concentrations tested were used to calculate partial area under the curve (pAUC) values as previously described (25, 41). Standard deviations were calculated from triplicate measurements. Red indicates potent ADCC or neutralization (Neut) (top tertile), yellow indicates intermediate activity, green indicates weak activity (bottom tertile), and blue indicates a lack of significant antiviral activity (P > 0.01). The tertiles for ADCC activity and neutralization were calculated separately from the respective values against HIV-1_NL4-3. n.s., not significant.
