Effect of SP600125 on cell growth and viability. Treatment with SP600125 for 24 h resulted in a dose-dependent increase in cell growth (total number of cells) and cell viability (number of viable cells) in the two cell lines tested. The increase appears to be more prominent in the SCC25 cell line than in the SCC9 cell line. However, the observed changes did not reach statistical significance. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation of four replicates.
