A. The intracellular activities of a panel of lysosomal acid glycosidases were measured in GNPTG-/- HeLa cells ∼72h after transfection with WT or mutant γ subunit. The values are represented as percentages of those obtained with the WT γ subunit, which were set to 100% rescue. The values are averages of four independent experiments, ± standard deviations. * p-value < 0.01. B. Representative Western blot (anti-FLAG upper panel) showing the expression levels of the various mutants to be similar to or higher than the level of the WT γ subunit.
