Western blot analysis of Minpp1 expression under heat and osmotic stress conditions. a To induce heat stress, MC3T3-E1 cells were subjected to increasing temperatures (37 to 46 °C) for 2 h followed by 24 h recovery at 37 °C as detailed in “Materials and methods” section. Minpp1 and Hsp40 expression in these cells was analyzed by western blotting followed by densitometry analysis. Hsp40 used as a positive control for heat stress-associated changes. Results shown are from a representative experiment repeated at least three times. b For osmotic stress, MC3T3-E1 cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of sorbitol for 24 h at 37 °C as detailed in “Materials and methods” section. Minpp1 expression was analyzed by western blotting followed by densitometry analysis. Results shown are from a representative experiment repeated four times
