ROS production during ER stress. MC3T3 cells were cultured and treated with etoposide, brefeldin A, and thapsigargin for 24 h as described under “Materials and methods” section. ROS was determined by DCFH-DA fluorescence probe. The signal intensity was detected in a fluorescence plate reader. The data presented is a representative experiment out of two independent experiments performed in triplicate determinations
