PBPK models for several representative drugs, including ceftiofur, enrofloxacin, flunixin and sulfamethazine, in cattle and swine were developed and evaluated in this study. IV, IM, SC, and oral represent drug administration through intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous injection, and oral route (gavage or feed), respectively.
