Neutralization of Stx2 toxicity to Vero cells by O107 and O117 culture supernatants. Purified Stx2 was added to E. coli O107 or O117 culture supernatants to a final concentration of 100 or 250 ng/ml and incubated for 30 min before incubation with Vero cells for 3 days.
