(C) Normalized uptake parameter, ku, was reduced in a concentration-dependent manner by MDPV (n = 7 slices from 2 rats), cocaine (n = 8 slices from 3 rats), and nomifensine (n = 7 slices from 2 rats). (D) The release parameter was increased in a concentration-dependent manner by MDPV, cocaine, and nomifensine. Parameter values for the fitted curves are provided in Supplementary Information.
