(A) Mock- or deguelin-treated cells were lysed for co-immunoprecipitation and then analyzed by western blotting. (B) Galectin-1 overexpression and shGal-1-knockdown cells were incubated with 25μM deguelin for 24 hours, respectively. Cell lysates were harvested and the indicated proteins were determined by western blotting. (C) Galectin-1 overexpression cells with or without L779450 (10μM) were incubated with 25μM deguelin for 24 hours. Flow cytometry was used for cell apoptosis analysis.
