Antitumor activity of Abs, ADCs and small molecule drugs in gastric cancer cells in vitro. The anti-proliferative effect of hertuzumab, hertuzumab-MMAE, trastuzumab, and trastuzumab-DM1 was assessed at concentrations of 0.128, 0.64, 3.2, 16, 80, 400, 2,000, and 10,000 ng/ml in gastric cancer NCI-N87 and BGC-823 cells in vitro. The effect of free MMAE was tested at concentrations of 0.00256, 0.0128, 0.064, 0.32, 1.6, 8, 40, and 200 ng/ml.
