The frequency of CD4 T cells was significantly (p < 0.01) reduced in EB-NPC-transplanted animals compared to animals injected with human fibroblasts or HBSS. Data represents two independent experiments with n = 6 (EB-NPC), n = 4 (fibroblast), and n = 5 (HBSS) animals per group. Data presented as average+SEM and was analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test.
