(A) FACS analysis of lung macrophage (CD11b+F4/80+), neutrophil (Gr-1high), CD4+ T cell (CD3+CD4+), CD8+ T cell (CD3+CD8+), NK cell (CD3NK1.1+), and NKT cell (CD3+NK1.1+) isolated from influenza challenged BM-chimera mice at day 5. (B) Protein levels of cytokines and chemokines from whole lungs in BM-chimera mice were measured using ELISA. SP2KO = Spred-2 KO. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 compared with when both donors and recipients were from WT mice. Data shown indicate mean ± SEM and are from a representative experiment of 2 independent experiments. Each group had 4–6 mice per group.
