Undetectable=<48copies/ml. Diabetes= defined as having a self-reported diagnosis, a fasting glucose of over 125 mg/dL, or being on diabetic medications. Hypertension=defined as any indication of hypertension (systolic blood pressure ≥140, diastolic blood pressure ≥90, self-report, or use of antihypertensive medication.
