Table 1.

Agreement between clustering and experts as quantified by Cohen's kappa for healthy controls and patients with brain tumors. Six tracts, namely the arcuate fasciculus (AF), the inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus (IFOF), the inferior longitudinal fasciculus (ILF), the cingulum bundle (CB), the fornix (FR), and the uncinate fasciculus (UF) were identified. Mean and standard deviation (in parentheses) are given. C: clustering, E1: expert 1, E2: expert 2, E: both experts (average of both). Intra-expert agreement quantifies the variation with the repeated drawings. The overall agreement between clustering and experts (C vs. E) is comparable to the agreement between experts (E1 vs. E2).
