(A) Formalin fixed and paraffin embedded serial sections of patient tissue were immunostained for PTK6 (top row) and Ki67 expression (middle row), and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E, bottom row) (size bar = 100 μ0). An inverse pattern of PTK6 and Ki67 expression was observed. (B) qRT-PCR analysis of mRNA from biopsy samples of human adenocarcinoma cases polyp-free controls for PTK6, *p = 2 X 10−7.
