(A) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 5 μM XCT-790 for the indicated times, and then the expression of p53, p21 and c-Myc were measured by Western blot analysis; (B) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of XCT-790 for 24 h, then the expression of p53 and p21 were measured by Western blot analysis; (C) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of XCT-790 for 1 h, the total and phosphorylation of p53 were measured by Western blot analysis.
