DNMT1 mRNA was significantly increased in the endocrine parathyroid tumors from MEN1 patients (MEN1) and pancreas and parathyroid from Men1 KO mice (KO) compared to normal endocrine tissues from human and control mice (WT) by real-time RT-PCR assay (***P < 0.001).
