(A) IC50s of 4 ovarian cancer cell lines treated with BKM120 for 72 hours were determined using the CCK8 assay. (B) The four ovarian cancer cell lines were treated with BKM120 and Olaparib as single-agents or in combination for 72 hours and then subjected to CCK8 assay. The combined drug effect was analyzed using the CI equation and presented with FA combinations. (C) Ovarian cancer cells were treated with inhibitors as indicated for 10 days and then crystal violet stained.
