^aPeptide yields from the Softisan cream, Cetomacrogol cream, and hypromellose gel containing 0.5% (wt/wt) P60.4Ac were measured immediately before and after a storage period of 1 and 3 months at 4°C and at ambient temperature (15 to 25°C). The peptide content of the creams and gel was calculated using a standard curve constructed with a range of concentrations of P60.4Ac in PBS. No degradation products of P60.4Ac were found. Results are means from two independent experiments.
