(A) Morphological changes of strawberry fruits in response to exogenous ABA treatment at different dosages (1 mM and 50 μM). On day 0, big green fruits (14 DPA) were dipped in ABA solutions at concentration of 1 mM and 50 μM. Control fruits were dipped in distilled water. Samples were taken immediately after dipping, and subsequently after 3 h, 24 h, 3 days, 7 days and 10 days. Bar = 1 cm. (B) The changes of ABA content in the fruits in response to different treatments. (C) The expression changes of Fan-miR73 in response to different treatments. (D) The expression changes of ABI5 in response to different treatments. (E) The correlation rate between the expression of ABI5 and Fan-miR73.
