Correlation of TP53 mutation, MYC, BCL2 and BCL6 translocation in primary DLBCL. (A) Distribution of TP53 mutation, BCL2 and BCL6 translocation in DLBCLs with and without MYC translocation. The majority of MYC translocation positive DLBCLs harbour at least one additional genetic abnormality, frequently TP53 mutation or BCL2 translocation, and occasionally BCL2 translocation plus TP53 mutation or BCL6 translocation.
