Deletion of gin4, cla4, or parA alters AspB localization pattern. Kinases Gin4 and Cla4, as well as the Protein Phosphatase 2A regulatory sub-unit ParA are required for proper localization of AspB under normal growth condition during the multicellular growth stage.
