Effects of PAC and BL on callus formation. Leaf explants from third-leaves of two-week-old wild-type plants were used to induce calli on CIM in the presence of 1 μM paclobutrazol (PAC) (A) and 0.1 nM and 1 nM brassinolide (BL) (B).
