Real time RT-PCR analysis of CDK14 expression levels in 3 tobacco-exposed and 3 control animals. qPCR was performed in triplicate for each sample. The values were normalized to the actin content of each sample. The results were normalized to control which was considered as 1. To calculate the difference between samples, Student’s paired t-test was used.
