 If the nuclei region Nk only directly connected with Gi
  Nk is classified as Gi’s nuclei
  Else if nuclei Nk directly connected with multiple local maximum points, such as Gp ... Gq (1 ≤ p < q ≤ n)
   Nk is classified to the gland having the largest nuclei density
   Else if the nuclei densities of Gp ... Gq are same
    Choose the gland with closest distance
