The cells started to stretch, became slender and protruded from the protuberant, and formed connections with neighboring cells. (B) IHC staining of neuron-specific protein NF-H of BMMSCs at 7 days after induction. The phenotypical features of neurons generated from the cells were distinguishable, including unipolar or bi/multipolar elongations, forming a neural network-like structure.
