CD200 inhibited ATP release from Mpp+-induced microglia. MPP+ significantly elevated ATP release from microglia compared with the control group, and, the same as the effect of pinacidil, CD200 remarkably depressed ATP release from microglia induced by MPP+. Moreover, CD200 suppressed ATP-induced microglia activation (A).
