More than one delivery was contributed by 2, 878 normal BMI women (4.3%), 863 overweight women (3.3%), 351 obese class I women (3.0%), 114 obese class II (2.4%), and 95 obese class III women (3.1%). To adjust for clustering, models included robust standard errors from generalized estimating equations.
