Gene expression changes induced by SAHA were confirmed by RT-qPCR in the same RNA samples used for microarray analysis (Donors 1–6). RT-qPCR analysis was also used to confirm expression changes for the six most strongly SAHA dose-responsive genes in primary CD4+ T cells used in ChIP analysis (Donors 7–9). (a) The top 3 dose-responsive upregulated genes, and (b) the top 3 dose-responsive downregulated genes.
