bDynamic light scattering experiments were performed at a protein concentration of 6 mg.ml−1 with a DynaPro 819 at 18 °C in 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7, 100 mM NaCl, and 5% glycerol. Polydispersity was determined with the DYNAMICS v.6.10.1.2.16 software.
