Fig. 5 — The effect of topically applied AM1030 on oxazolone-induced DTH reaction. Topical administration of AM1030 (0.2 and 1 mg) in vehicle (dipropylene glycol) significantly reduced ear swelling in the oxazolone-induced DTH reaction in the mouse. AM1030 or vehicle was applied to the anterior and posterior surfaces of the right ear (20 μL/ear), 30 min before and 15 min after challenge with oxazolone. Ear swelling responses were measured 24 h later. One-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s post test was used for statistical analysis (**p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001; n = 5/group)
