Blocking of IFT affects flagellar phototropin levels. The Chlamydomonas mutant strain fla10 at time 0 was shifted from 21°C to the restrictive temperature of 32°C. After 60 and 180 min at 32°C, cells were harvested and the flagella were isolated using the pH shock method.
