Main criteria Additional criteria
Bilateral vestibular schwannomas or Unilateral vestibular schwannoma plus any two of the following: meningioma, glioma, schwannoma, or juvenile posterior lenticular opacities or
First-degree relative with neurofibromatosis type 2 plus
 1. Unilateral vestibular schwannomas or
 2. Any two of the following: Meningioma, glioma, schwannoma, or juvenile posterior lenticular opacities
At least two meningiomas plus
 1. Unilateral vestibular schwannoma or
 2. Any two of: glioma, neurofibroma, schwannoma, and cataract
