The degree of interhemipheric asymmetry in maparea (A) and n-iSParea (B) correlate with the asymmetry in performing NHPT with the right and left upper limb (ρ = -0.48; p = 0.019 and ρ = -0.57; p = 0.004 respectively). Interhemispheric imbalance in both cortical representation and interhemispheric inhibition, favouring the dominant hemisphere, corresponds to a relatively slower non-dominant hand.
