Expression levels of CD203c‐positive basophils following ex‐vivo exposure to 0.9% NaCl (negative control), anti‐IgE antibody (positive control), and 10 μg/mL cetuximab. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) isolated from whole blood of patient 1 (grade 3 allergy) were stained for CD3, CRTH2, and CD203c. Flow cytometer charts for CD3− and CRTH2+ cells (basophils) are shown. Up‐regulation of CD203c on basophils was evaluated against a threshold defined as the expression level above which 3.3% of basophils in the negative control column fluorescence.
