A. Schematic diagram representing expressed fragments of VAV2. Wild-type VAV2-myc and fragments VAV2-myc were constructed in pcDNA3.1/myc-His vector. B. Myc-tagged fragments of VAV2 as indicated were co-expressed with MST3-HA in HEK293 cells. The expression of VAV2 fragments were demonstrated by western blotting. C. Equal amounts (0.5mg) of total protein were immunoprecipitated with 1μg anti-HA antibody. The immunoprecipitates were assessed by immunoblotting using anti-HA and anti-myc antibodies. 1: WT-VAV2-myc, 2: 1-580-VAV2-myc, 3: ΔN-184-VAV2-myc, 4: ΔN-520-VAV2-myc, 5: ΔN-655-VAV2-myc.
