Initial rates of V_max recovery were determined from linear fits (straight lines) that yielded the following slopes: 0.018 min⁻¹ (WT), 0.010 min⁻¹ (Arr1^+/−), 0.052 min⁻¹ (Arr1^ox), and 0.021 min⁻¹ (Grk1^+/−).
