Knockdown of TLR10 reduces TLR-ligand-induced pro-inflammatory cytokine expression. TLR10 knockdown cells were treated with 100 ng/mL of synthetic diacylated lipoprotein (FSL-1), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or flagellin for 4 h and were then analyzed for Interleukin-8 (IL-8), Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), IL-1β, and Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 20 (CCL20) mRNA expression by real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR).
