v-Src induces chromosome bridge formation. HCT116/v-Src cells were cultured with Dox at the indicated concentrations for three days. (A) The cells were fixed with PBS containing 4% formaldehyde for 20 min at room temperature and stained for pTyr (green) and DNA (red); (B) Whole cell lysates were subjected to a Western blot analysis. Blots were probed with anti-phosphotyrosine (pTyr), anti-Src (GD11), and anti-actin (loading control) antibodies; (C) The cells were fixed and stained for DNA (cyan).
