Both BPS and CHS antibodies reacted monospecifically in leaf protein extract. Leaf proteins were separated by SDS–PAGE, blotted on a PVDF membrane and incubated with BPS pre-immune IgG (1), anti-His₆–BPS IgG (2), CHS pre-immune IgG (3) and anti-His₆–CHS IgG (4).
